We ship gift certificates and most items anywhere in the continental United States.

Shipping Policy: There is a 7% sales tax on all order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Most of our gifts and decor items are available for shipping in classic Gretel's boxes, tissue, and ribbon within 2 business days. However, large and/or fragile items will be shipped via a third-party service and may require additional time. To order: call 1-888-285-1209
We hope you will love your item but in the event you are not completely satisfied, we do accept returns and exchanges.
1. Contact us for refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery via email at heather@gretelsfinegifts.com or call 1-888-285-1209. The refund or exchange amount is excluding any shipping charges.
2. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery to: 1530 Win Hentschel Blvd., West Lafayette, IN 47906. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement item.
